Crime Stoppers NT 2016 Youth Art Challenge Winner Announcement

NT students have risen to the challenge to produce artwork for the Crime Stoppers NT Youth Art Challenge. More than 45 students participated in the competition with many using it as an opportunity to highlight important issues in the NT like drugs and domestic violence. The primary school students developed some interesting crime fighting characters like ‘Sharky’, ‘Captain Croc’, ‘Frank the Frilly’ and ‘Annie the Green Ant’. The judges had their work cut out for them when deciding on the winners:

Northern Secondary School:

This competition was proudly supported by the Northern Territory Government Community Benefit Fund. A program that supports community development and improvement initiatives.

Hannah will take home $250 in prize money and Zane $150 (pictured).
